DAIQUIRI DASH DELIVERY

How and where do I add delivery instructions?

In the checkout flow, below the CUSTOMER INFO section is an option to add “RESTAURANT INSTRUCTIONS,” and this will be visible to both the store and the delivery driver to ensure your order is delivered as expected.

If you have already placed your order and would like to add additional instructions, you can give us a call at (512)-428-4245 and speak with a team member immediately.

I’ve placed my order - how do I track it/what is my ETA?

Once you have placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation page that will include your order number. You will receive a text when the driver marks your order as en route and a call or text alert when the driver has arrived. If the order is taking an acceptable amount of time, you may receive a text that your delivery driver is running late.

How do I reschedule or cancel the order myself?

Orders are placed to the store and packed immediately upon receipt. Cancellations in 5 minutes of placing an order; by calling us directly, and before the driver leaves the store are allowed and refunded. If an order has already left the store, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please note, we charge a restocking fee of up to $10 for the cost of time, gas, and labor associated with the delivery.

How long do deliveries take, and are delivery times guaranteed?

Delivery times are subject to variables such as time of day, order volume, and traffic conditions. In our area, most deliveries take under 30 minutes. 11 Degrees do not guarantee delivery times as there could always be external factors that may delay orders.

Where can I have deliveries delivered?

Deliveries are to a home or business address only. Daiquiri Dashers will not deliver alcohol to a public place of any kind, including parks.

Please call if unclear on the location delivery address. If you do schedule a delivery to a hotel, please be aware that you must receive the order at the front desk, or the order is void and non-refunded. To avoid any issues with your delivery, please schedule a time where you will be physically present to accept and sign for it.

Can you leave the order at my door, or with anyone else if I’m not home?

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee delivery to anyone other than the intended recipient. Valid license is required upon delivery.

I want to have alcohol delivered to somebody.

Okay. In the U.S. you must be 21 years old to sign up for an account and to legally purchase alcohol.

How far in advance can I schedule a delivery?

Orders are processed and scheduled immediately, so only place an order when you’re ready to receive it. We offer thermal bags ($15.00) to keep our daiquiris cool until arrival (3hr window)

My order is damaged/incorrect. What do I do?

While these instances are rare, mistakes do happen, and we try to correct these as soon as possible. All customers should check their orders immediately upon delivery, and if there is an issue, please feel free to call us so we can get you fixed up.

What if I am not home when my delivery driver arrives?

If we cannot get in touch with you to make delivery, you will receive a notification via email to contact the store. If you request to have the order redelivered, you will be charged at $10 restocking fee.

If we don't hear from you by the end of day, a refund is issued. Please note, we charge a restocking fee of up to $10 for the cost of time, gas, and labor associated with the delivery

My order was placed twice by accident. What do I do?

The quickest way to resolve is to call us (512) 428-4245, and we’ll be happy to get the duplicated order refunded ASAP.

The Dasher refused to deliver to me- what’s next?

The Daiquiri Dasher may refuse to serve a customer at the door, similar to refusing a customer in-store if he or she believes the customer is either intoxicated or underage. The Dasher may also refuse the delivery if an ID is invalid, expired or if the cardholder is not present to provide the credit card used for the purchase. No refunds in this case.

Is it possible to pay in cash?

No, unfortunately, cash payments are not allowed. Daiquiri Dashers do not carry cash, nor can they make change.

My order was canceled. How long until I am reimbursed?

11 Degrees will immediately void an order and release the funds from the transaction if an order is canceled. The actual time that it takes for funds to be returned to your account depends on your specific bank.

What are the DAIQUIRI DASHERS hours of operation?

Friday & Saturdays only. We are planning a slow roll out across all hours of operations.

How much are the fees?

Delivery: There is a $8 delivery fee applied to each order. These fees are in place to help our offset costs involved in the delivery. Over half the fees goes to our Daiquiri Dasher.

Who makes deliveries?

Our Daiquiri Dashers are pre-screened and background checked before joining 11 Degrees.

We encourage you to TIP!

We provide you with the opportunity to tip your driver from our website. The default tup amount is typically 10% of your order total, but you may adjust the amount according to your preference. You can select a specific percentage, dollar amount, or choose to tip in cash.

We humbly ask that you tip drivers, as they are critical in making every Daiquiri Dash delivery a reality. If you would like to change your tip at any point after your order is placed, please contact us by phone directly.

IN SHOP FAQ

Are your daiquiris gluten free and vegan?

Yes, they are both gluten free and vegan with the exception of the White Russian flavor.

Are minors allowed in the shop?

Yes, minors are allowed to be in the shop if accompanied by a parent or guardian purchasing our daiquiris to-go. However, we do not encourage parents to bring children to stay, as the environment caters to adults 21 and over.

How many flavors can I get in a BIG 11 (1/2 Gal)?

There is no limit on how many flavors for our BIG 11.

How many drinks can I order?

We have a 2 drink maximum in shop and to go. One flight is considered one drink.

Can I get drinks to go?

You sure can! Only 2 drinks to go or our BIG 11.

What is on the Daiquiri Dash Menu?

Our curbside menu ONLY offers our bundle options.

How far in advance do I need to call to order?

30 minutes

How long will my order be available for pick-up?

As long as the shop is open.

GIFT CARD FAQ'S

Can I redeem for cash or withdraw money from an ATM?

No! Please do not try to.

Can a gift card be deposited into my bank account?

Again, we urge you NOT to.

Does my gift card expire?

Yes. Gift cards that are inactive for more than a year will be deactivated and are non-refundable.

Is my gift card refundable?

No. All sales are final

How much is the activation fee?

There is a $3.00 non-refundable activation fee that covers the purchase and activation. There is no charge to check balance or redeem.

Where can I redeem my gift card?

Only at 11 Degrees Daiquiri!
